1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently only ship to EU countries. Unfortunately, we do not ship outside the EU at this time. Below is a list of EU countries eligible for delivery:

3. Shipping Method & Costs
We offer insured and registered shipping on all orders, which ensures your order is protected and traceable during transit.
  • Standard Shipping (EU only):
    • Delivery Time: Estimated within 2-5 business days depending on the destination.
    • Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
4. Delivery Timeframe
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs processing.
5. Shipping Fees
  • Netherlands: Free Standard Shipping on all orders.
  • Other EU Countries: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
6. Shipping Restrictions
  • P.O. Boxes: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • International Orders: We do not ship outside of the EU at this time.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Your order will be sent via a registered and insured service, and you can track your package through the provided carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout. VintageAvoir is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
Since all shipments are insured and registered, we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely. However, if your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
