Authenticity
Are all your bags authentic?

Yes, every bag undergoes a double authentication process: first by our trusted suppliers, and again by us upon arrival.

Do the bags come with an authenticity card?

Yes, each bag includes a personalized Vintage Avoir authenticity card as proof of authenticity.

Can i request more information about an item?

Of course. If you would like to know more details about a bag, we're happy to provide them before purchase.

Condition

How do i know the condition of the bag?

We use a 5-level quality scale, ranging from New to Pre-Loved. Each bag is carefully inspected and categorized to give you a clear understanding of it's condition.

Do you restore bags?

No. We believe in preserving the original character of each piece. However, minor professional cleaning will be done when needed.

Are vintage bags covered by warranty?

No. Due to their age and unique character, our bags are not covered by warranty. Any natural wear overtime is considered part of the charm and history of a vintage piece.

Do the photos show the actual bag i will receive?

Absolutely. All photos on our website are the exact items listed.

Shipping

How long will delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery in the Netherlands is often the day after shipping. Delivery within Europe usually takes 2-7 business days; international orders may take longer.

Do you ship internationally?

No, at the moment we only ship within the EU. Check our Shipping Information page for more details.

How can i track my order?

Once you order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your package in real time.

Does my order have secured delivery?

Yes. All orders are shipped with tracked and insured delivery. This means your purchase is protected during transit, and you can follow your package every step of the way.

How much does shipping cost?

When ordering within the Netherlands, shipping is free. For outside of the Netherlands check the delivery costs when ordering.

Returns

Can i return my purchase?

Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is in it's original condition and with the tag still attached.

Who pays for the return shipping?

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Let us know before hand through Instagram DM @vintageavoir that you will be returning your item. Refunds can not be guaranteed without prior notice.

When will i receive my refund?

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major creditcard and debit cards (Visa, Mastercards), Paypal, and other trusted payment providers. Please note that we do not accept American Express.

Can i pay in installments?

At the moment, we only accept full payment at checkout.

Is payment secure?

Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways.
