Are the items listed on your website authentic?

Yes, all of our items are checked by trusted sellers and after arrival we always make sure to check every detail ourselves so you can shop without having to worry. Want to read more? Visite our Authenticity page.

Does my purchase come with any warranty?

We do not give any warranty, make sure to check the item before removing the tag. When the tag is removed we won't be able to take the item back.

All of our items are second hand, therefore there may be signs of wear. Please check the productpage before purchasing so you won't be surprised.

Can i return my order?

Yes! Your order can be returned within 14 days after arrival. Make sure to send your order back with the tag still secured, the bag undamaged, unused.

Don't forget the original dust bags/boxes/authenticity card when included at delivery.

Please inform us in advance via email or Instagram if you intend to return your order. Unfortunately, if this step is not taken, we won't be able to accept the return.

The shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

We use PostNL to ship all orders, always ensuring secure delivery with track and trace.

Do i have to pay for shipping?

Yes, customers are responsible for the shipping costs of their orders. The shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We always dispatch your order securely and provide a track and trace.

How long does shipping take?

Orders destined for delivery outside of the Netherlands may experience a slightly longer processing time.

We strive to dispatch our packages within two business days. Your items are always shipped with full insurance through PostNL.

PostNL typically takes up to 2 business days to deliver your order. Upon dispatch, we will promptly provide you with the track & trace details, enabling you to monitor your parcel's journey.
